Rental Rates 2012
The rental rate includes all taxes, water, heating, electricity and kitchen gas. Rental starts on Saturdays between 4.00 pm and 6.30 pm and ends on Saturdays between 9.00 am and 11.00 am. An advance payment of 30% confirms the booking. The balance is due at the handing over of the keys, unless you transferred it to our bank account no later than two weeks before the start of the rental. The safety deposit is due at the handing out of the keys (see the amount in the above table) . Bed linen can be provided on request. Single bed: 8 € - Double bed: 10 €.
